NEXLIVO provides video editing, post-production, colour grading, motion graphics, and creative content services. The scope of each project will be agreed upon before work begins.
03. Project Agreements
Project pricing, deliverables, timelines, revisions, and payment arrangements will be confirmed individually with each client.
04. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before project commencement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
05. Revisions
Revision rounds will follow the agreement established for each project. Significant changes to the original brief may be treated as additional work.
06. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary footage, assets, project information, and feedback within agreed timelines.
07. Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will be governed by the individual project agreement and applicable licensing terms.
08. Project Delays
Project timelines may change due to delayed feedback, missing materials, or unforeseen circumstances.
09. Limitation of Liability
NEXLIVO will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally but cannot guarantee specific marketing, commercial, or audience performance outcomes.
